1. Purpose of the App
FPS Meter – Monitor Live FPS is a third-party utility designed to help users monitor real-time frame rates (FPS) on their Android devices.
Our App does not modify, alter, or interfere with any game files or GPU processes — it only displays live FPS readings using system-level access via Shizuku API.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
- You are at least 13 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
- You will use the App only for lawful, non-commercial personal purposes.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
3. Permissions & Access
To function properly, the App requires the following permissions:
- Draw Over Other Apps: To show FPS overlay.
- Notification Access: To keep the FPS counter active in the foreground.
- Shizuku API Access: Enables FPS data monitoring.
You may revoke any permissions at any time through your device settings, though certain features may stop working.
4. Responsible Use
You agree to use FPS Meter – Monitor Live FPS only for legitimate and lawful purposes.
In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the app to modify, exploit, or interfere with any game, app, or system.
- Decompile, alter, or distribute the app’s code without permission.
- Use the app in any way that violates Google Play policies, third-party rights, or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to restrict access or take appropriate action if the app is misused.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party SDKs for advertising and analytics, such as:

6. Intellectual Property
All original content, design elements, graphics, code, and branding related to FPS Meter – Monitor Live FPS are the property of TQ Tech or its licensors.

Some icons, illustrations, or logos used within the App may have been sourced from publicly available or royalty-free internet resources. These are used solely for educational and non-commercial purposes to enhance the user interface.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees that:
- The App will always function without interruption or errors.
- FPS readings will be accurate on all devices.
- Advertisements or third-party SDKs will always function as expected.
You use the App at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TQ Tech shall not be held responsible for:
- Any data loss, malfunction, or damage resulting from App use.
- Any issues arising from third-party SDKs or services.
- Any misuse or unauthorized modifications of the App.
9. Subscription & Payments
If the App includes premium features or subscriptions via Google Play:
- All payments are processed by Google Play Billing.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Google Play account.
- Refunds are handled solely by Google as per Google Play’s refund policy.
We do not store or manage any payment or billing data.
11. Updates & Modifications
We may update or modify the App, its features, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The latest version of the Terms will always be available within the App or on our website.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
