Welcome to FPS Meter – Monitor Live FPS (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information when you use our app.

By using our app, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. About FPS Meter

FPS Meter – Monitor Live FPS is a third-party utility app developed by TQ Tech to help users monitor real-time frame rates (FPS) during gameplay or app usage.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific game or game developer. Our app functions independently and only displays FPS readings — it does not modify, track, or interfere with game files or GPU data.

2. Information We Collect

(a) No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

However, some data may be collected by third-party SDKs integrated into the app (such as Google Admob).

(b) Third-Party SDKs

We use the following third-party services to support app functionality:

  • Google Admob SDK: Used to display ads and generate revenue. Google may collect anonymous data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Permissions Required

To function correctly, the app requires the following permissions:

  • Draw Over Other Apps: To display the FPS counter as a floating overlay.
  • Shizuku API: To enable FPS data access through system-level monitoring (no GPU tracking).
  • Notification Access: Ensures continuous FPS monitoring when the app is in the background.

These permissions are used only for FPS display purposes and never for data collection or tracking.

4. How We Use Information

We do not collect or use user data for any purpose.
However, the integrated Google Admob SDK may use certain anonymous identifiers to:

  • Deliver relevant ads based on general device information.
  • Improve ad performance and app monetization.

Note: We do not have access to, control over, or store any of this data.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with trusted third-party providers:

  • Google Admob – For displaying ads and analytics.
    View Google’s Privacy Policy →
  • Shizuku API – Enables system-level access required to display FPS data.
(No data is collected or shared through Shizuku.)

6. Data Security

We take your privacy seriously.
While our app does not store user data, we ensure that all integrated third-party services comply with modern data protection and security standards.

7. User Control & Permissions

You can revoke any granted permissions at any time through your device settings.
Please note that removing certain permissions — such as Draw Over Other Apps or Notification Access — may limit the app’s functionality.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately, and we will take necessary action.
